| 1981 | Denis and Claudine Charbonneau rent their first orchard in Mont Saint-Grégoire. |

| 1982 | Denis purchases an orchard on rue Saint-Joseph in town. It is 30 acres in size and has approximately 6,000 apple trees. |
| 1986 | Denis and Claudine purchase a 50-acre orchard from Denis' father and rent another in Saint-Alexandre. |
| 1989 | A kiosk is built to sell products (in the fall only). |
| 1990 | The kiosk is expanded so it can house a juice reamer, a kitchen and a cottage-type cidery. |
| 1991 | A cellar is added to store the bottles of cider for the aging process. |
| 1994 | The kiosk is expanded and completely renovated to give it a Victorian-style architecture. A shop is set up in the tower, and a patio with a fountain and doughnut stand is added. |
| 1995 | Vergers Denis Charbonneau is awarded its first bronze medal by the Ordre national du mérite agricole du Québec. |
| 1997 | A 22-acre plot opposite the kiosk is purchased for the cultivation of small fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, rhubarb and pumpkins). |
| 1999 | The adjacent orchard with 50 acres of apples trees and 47 acres of sugar maples is purchased. The back of the kiosk is expanded to house the equipment needed for a sugar shack. Crepes and country style meals are served in the dining room. |
| 2000 | Vergers Denis Charbonneau is awarded its first silver medal by the Ordre national du mérite agricole du Québec. |
The Charbonneaus have a number of projects in store for their business. First, they would like to offer their clientele new apple varieties, such as Royal Gala and Golden Delicious. They have also started cultivating pears, plums and cherries, with which they will create new products. These include apple and plum mistelles and maple syrup.
Denis already enjoys an excellent reputation in the region. He'd like to expand his reputation by making his products known throughout Quebec and perhaps even the United States...
